Eric Holder knew nothing of Fast n Furious either...or for that matter any other major scandal. People just do what ever they want in Holder Justice department and somehow poor Eric is just kept in the dark. Poor man - it must be tough not knowing the terrible things your subordinates are doing.

Maybe now Republicans can focus on a subpoena on jobs?

    Oh wait...

Republicans have to vote to repeal the ACA again and again and again and again and again...

    Maybe Friday?

(Why worry about jobs when it is so much more fun to spend all day in Conspiracy City)

Holder/Obama are honest people who loves this country. They work hard trying to improve the economy, and life of the people. Maybe they didn't know about guns to Mexican cartels, Benghazi, the IRS, and the break in with the associated press.

    Maybe I'll win the lottery.

Of course he had no role......Holder/Obama always say they didn't know or were not involved or not aware...its standard MO double talk...blame Bush, Blame Romney, Blame Bonner, Blame Rush Limbaugh.....

Additionally they always promise they will find out and prosecute whomever is involved....

Then eight months later when you ask them again......they respond "that was a very long time ago"!

They are as crooked as the day is long!

Worst Administration in U.S. History. Nothing but gansters. Lies, lies, and more lies. You can tell they are lying when their lips start to move.

    @ JWB

The best information we have is that Obama was teaching "civil disobedience". Which was a prelude to his involvement with Acorn. Basically Obama is just protester that some how ended up in the White House. Sort of like if Jane Fonda had become president in the 60's.

"I'm sorry sir - I have no knowledge of that". This predictable phrase is all we ever get from Eric Holder and this is all you will ever get unless you are willing to be relentless and keep digging for the truth. From Fast n Furious to all of these new scandals...Holder simply won't talk. The man does the dirty work for his boss in the White House and this is all seemingly like re-living the Nixon era all over again. Same corrupt leaders and the same denials. What is missing from the Nixon era is a press corp that is actually a "watch dog for the people" instead of a "lap dog for the administration".

Besides the committing of these acts, the cover-up for 2 years is horrific in a time of a more open government. The AG says that those that committed these acts will be dealt with. However, someone knew about these acts a long time ago and that is called a cover-up, especially since the election year spanned that timeframe. Benghazi, the CIA director, the generals involved with women, the election and the economy and related budgetary impact were all out there masquerading for these intolerable acts. Smoke screens for an administration that doesn't believe in war as the President got the Nobel Peace Prize. He decimates the military and has no real respect for anyone in uniform, even worse than President Clinton. He used the military for a moment when he was in the situation room as uncomfortable as could be watching the military take down Osama bin Laden and claiming that victory as if he had done it himself. That gave his golfing partner, Tiger, the ability to say the marshals gave him the clearance to interfere with Sergio. They learn from each other.

It seems like a person that is from the United States of America would be for the Bill of Rights and the sacrifices of all those since 1776 for our country. Those that come from another country can go back to the brutality and favoritism of the leaders, if there are any, in power instead of the rule of law. I still say this guy the President learned constitutional law to learn ways to get around the law. The law school where he taught won't really say what he did and so we have similar documents like his birth certificate that was in question for so long. If he was honest and true, he would come forward. Instead, he always gives the same comment that he will get down to the facts and let us know. When you don't tell the truth it is hard to get down to the facts. When people who work for the President of the United States of America justify themselves in doing what the President, their boss has done, then they will work around the laws, regulations, procedures, rules and policies. That calms consciences when doing what I saw my brother do.

When Obama was "teaching" constitutional law in Chicago, he admitted he had some contempt for the Bill of Rights then. Not surprising that he does not seem too interested in protecting them now. There were so many signs of who this guy really was. Did people not believe it? Did they think it was a good thing to elect a minority just for the sake of electing one, in spite of his obvious unconventional views? What a mistake. And if Janet Reno and now Eric Holder don't go down as the two worst AGs in history.......

Corruption has become the norm, and honest leadership is a mystery. That's why excuses are so easily excepted for Obama, Hillary, and Holder.

    HS Fan,
none in BO's cabal have the integrity to resign. They are blind to their own imperfections - it's all "right wing hate talk radio"; never their own errors, mistakes, and/or crimes that are to blame. After all, they know better than the rest of us

By the end of this scandal, Mr. Holder will be out of office. It's your department and your responsibilty. I give him a month tops, and he'll resign.

He was in the Clinton administration and learned what the definition of is is. He also has been a good man for this President to have around and guide him around what the Constitution of the United States of America is not. Two attorneys working together in their positions is scary. At least with some previous AGs, we had some, maybe, integrity. We should have people that know what it means when they raise their hand and swear or affirm they will uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and not to uphold getting around the interpretations of the Founding Fathers and what they meant when they told the truth.

We are getting away from the basics of our country. The Preamble is a good place to start. It was sort of the guiding star for the founders and their desire to have a country that believed in solid and lasting principles, not just what feels good and is instantaneous. Defending the faith doesn't exist today. You can't have faith and defense means take down the fence and you don't need a military as they cause problems. What are we waiting for in Truth, Honesty?

We have heard this before so many times from the Obama administration! "We can't answer any questions because we are investigating it but we will get the facts and hold people accountable". Months later and STILL no answers, we hear, "That's old news, we have important work to do". Oldest ruse in the world!

Holder claims he is not involved in grabbing the AP phone records, or in "Fast and Furious" or the New Black Panther voter intimidation decision.

Either he is the least involved and most ineffective attorney general in our history and needs to be fired for incompetence, or he needs to be fired for not being truthful when he feigns ignorance of these (among the many scandals) in the DOJ and the larger Obama administration.

not directly involved - meaning when it started, he found a way to be able to claim plausible deniability, and we all know what that means.

Tiger Woods goes golfing with the President awhile back and now Tiger's integrity is at question in stating the marshal gave him permission to hit the ball. Now Eric Holder, from Fast and Furious, Benghazi, IRS, and other questionable calls, is now stating he didn't have a direct role in the AP subpoena? Does that mean he had an indirect role and just stood there while his minions did the work and will be the Lieutenant Calley for the group? The IRS doing something similar with the targeting of "conservative" what ever that means groups and the list goes on. If you have the name Patriotic in your group, then that is probably a conservative group and was targeted. In respect to the IRS who holds blood money over your head, what does this type of process really entail. Do they have to give you the truth in lending document that states you were highlighted so I anything happens down the line from those hash marks in your record, what does that mean? Who will protect you. If you are conservative in Congress does that mean all the people who voted will be targeted by Electronic Voting

Obama and his cabinet must be in the dark all the time. Whenever there's a problem, it was a "career official" who did it.
Release of illegal aliens from detention? Not us.
Cancellation of White House tours? Not us.
IRS pestering conservative groups? We didn't do it.
AP reporter wiretaps? No one in the administration even knew about it.

What do they do all day? Play golf?
