    Here's the BIGGER question.
Why are people so obsessed with this trial stuff?
Seems to me folks have a priority issue.

Who cares what religion they both were. It doesn't matter if devout Mormon or excommunicated Mormon that fact is an individual killed another individual. That's the story!

" How did you varify this information "

    Not hard to do.

From one of many things found with google

    This from ABC news

"Arias, 32, converted to Mormonism when she began to date Alexander, then 29, in 2006."

Not hard to believe as Travis Alexander is described as a "devout Mormon" in many articles.

How did this case become an international media circus???? This case cost the tax payers nearly 2 Million dollars. Unfortunately the circus will continue as the jury decides what punishment she will get.

Good. Let's be clear, the media provided the sympathy. The public was disgusted.

    BYU Trac Star...

Sounds like you have still got your runnin shoes on. I sense a bit of sarcasm. How did you varify this information or is it just there to muddy up the water.

Congrats to the jurors, they got this one right. Such a terrible story and I am glad I didn't follow it day by day.

I wonder if this young woman, a recent convert to the LDS Church was also excommunicated? There doesn't seem to be any reporting on this issue. Fellow readers have you heard "the rest of the story" as Paul Harvey famously used to say?
