    I like that he has recognized what it's all about-People.
    There are good people in most programs.
    People helping build people is the most important goal.
    I would rather a coach proclaim building people is most important goal over one who wins at all cost.
    One wins with what he builds, the other uses people to "Win".
    One leaves the world a better place. The other one leaves behind worthless "trophys"
    Utah is lucky to have good coaches at all five big schools.

    Lavell is a perfect example of why we now have good coaches.
    Whittingham learned from the best. He hasn't abandoned that to be a "Ute".
    Mendenhall is very much trying to attain to the footsteps in which he treads.

    If only the fans would support their team for the growth rather than the boast.

    If someone would rather win it all than build people?

    You can get a trophy at the DI or Goodwill for about a couple of buck$.
