    Well, no doubt we should make everything illegal which carries with it the possibility of regrets and suffering. Then again, it might be hard for the "small government" you always claim to support to enforce such a law.

    @Mark B--laws are not perfect. Ask people from Germany, China, Russia, etc about things which were legal.

    Abortions are legal? Many women suffer for years over their decisions.

    I guess nothing will keep worf and M-man from pumping the big government solution banning abortion, even though it's now been legal for 40 years. But when the new ND system is in place, will that mean that all women of childbearing age will need to be checked either entering or returning from neighboring Minnesota, where the laws are less strict? And if there's no jail term,as the article states, then what's to stop women from doing it again?

    Legalized murder is wrong. Women don't have any more right to kill a baby then a dictator over the people he leads.
