    I hope the coaches will do the right thing -- the logical thing -- and play the best player (James Lark). Game performance is all that matters -- that is, if you want to win.

    There's one game left, a largely meaningless game. After that, both Riley and James will be gone. My guess is that Riley will start, but James will get some playing time. That would be fair to both players. It would also be a nice way for both to end their careers. They are good friends and would cheer each other on. I hope it's an entertaining game and that both teams play well. It's also nice that Bronco and Rocky get to meet again on opposite sidelines. The Poinsettia Bowl selection committee should be congratulated on putting together an appealing matchup.

    I love Riley. Wish he could play next year as well.
