    Of course, JWB doesn't say just WHAT would have been the ideal Iran policy. No doubt he would have favored somehow arming rebels or applying even stricter sanctions than those in place at the time. But what if such a plan ends up UNIFYING the country you're trying to work a little "regime change" in? What then?

    I don't think there is any question that the country has made progress in foreign relations since the cascade of errors committed by GWB and his boss Cheney.

    This sounds similar to the Iran small spring uprising a couple of years ago when our President didn't do anything. It will be interesting to see what happens with this Giant of a country on Israel's doorstep.
