Young Americans not out of touch with politics

    The words are encouraging, but the voting record of young people seems to disprove the assertion.

    In Idaho a High School all star basketball game conflicted with the Republican caucas keeping a few High School seniors from participating in the caucus. Someone said she hated politics would rather watch the all star game. People like that wonder what right they have to complain.

    it's nice that this young adult is involved in the process. But if you look at the statistics it's obvious that the older you, the more likely you are to vote. That's why no politician dares to touch social security or medicare.
