    aggie and sportsfan,

I just wanted to let you know I am happy you are sad. Imagining your frowning face puts a smile on mine. I hope you enjoy conference tomorrow. I'll be happy knowing that you are not. Your whining makes the win all the sweeter.

I thought Utah State was playing BYU tonight.

Looks like they are playing Air Force to me.

Oh, so Utah LET them back into the game? How kind of them to keep the game within three at the last minutes of the game. They should be recognized for their charity.

@over the top- you y fans need to quit with your own views of every game. you werent even in the utah game until the last minutes of it when they LET you back in the game. if they hadnt punted the ball to you to THEIR own 30 yd line and then tried to run the ball on a botched punt from their own 15 you would have never been in the game in the 4th quarter. you were lucky, very, very lucky

If the Cougars can come out and play from the get-go, we should win this. In both losses, amazingly enough we were in those games until the very end - despite the offense not showing up until the second half. Defense has kept us in those games. But I think with the emotion that Utah State can bring, we need offense from the start.

    Attn Doman:
Throw the ball downfield! Allow Hoffman and Friel to make some plays 15+ yds from the line of scrimmage.
You are going to have a USU linebacker whose only job is to shadow Hill. That should open up passing lanes.

This IS a very brutal stretch of the schedule for our Cougs. Based on how they're currently playing and looking at things a little more objectively from outside of Happy Valley, I've got the Cougs losing the next 4- including tonight's game. I have them winning the last 3 to reach the 6-min Bowl Game threshold because I REALLY want to see them back in San Diego playing in December! Tonight would be a great time to turn things around as a team against a strong opponent. I just think our offense is sputtering too much, and I'm way beyond the steady stream of QB draws that Doman has drawn up for the offense. Amazing to have two playmakers as wideouts that we can't put the ball in their hands any more. Let's go, Cougs!

Utah State is one win away from staking their claim as the best team in the state.

BYU is one loss away from being the worst team in the state among the FBS level schools.

    Go Aggies! Make it happen!

If we play Hill and Williams, we win. If we play Nelson, we lose.

Go get em, Aggies. Keep your heads. Show respect and play good, clean football.

In other words, keep the emotion out of it and play like the class act you are.

The trends and the edge for Utah State are switched up. It should be the other way around.
