I too will fight to my death over this absurd idea of truing the trust funds of millions of americans money to private business controls or federal budget assets. The value of the SSA and how it is established has proven how successful it has been in preserving this sacred trust as the property of the people paying into it.

The trust is not allowed on Wall Street or in the federal budget as assets is why the SSA is the only solvent and guaranteed retirement plan left.

The republicans have been trying to destroy the SSA for 50 years because it is a sacred cow depository with more cash assets than the gold in West Point. Because they want to destroy it is proof that the system works for Americans.

The republicans are saying its going broke but SSA has been defunded 20+ years by trillions of dollars in so called tax cuts both parties are accountable for. The real truth, its the people money and they can't take it. Congress borrows it billions of dollars a month to donate it to the states and socialist health care funding in Mass & Utah.
