That's really smart. Taxing the employers will create new jobs.
So at least the author admits that raising the top tax rate won't solve the
deficit problem. So besides raising taxes (proven time and again to reduce
rather than raise revenue, most recently in Britain last year) he wants to spend
MORE money that we don't have.
