The Jazz have picked up several good players that haven't disappointed so far, such as Carroll and Howard, both contributing well enough to be starters. Hopefully, Ahearn pans out, too.

The front office seems to have a knack for assessing talent. Hayward and Millsap are prime examples. Jazz fans wondered about those picks, but shouldn't have. I didn't.

This has been a fun season for Jazz fans, at least those that aren't all negative about everything.

Ever since Harris arrived, I was one of those naysayers, but he's won me over. Looks like he's finally feeling at home here and playing like he must have when he was an All-Star. If he can keep this up, the sky's the limit for the Jazz, as they have a lot of promising young talent on this team. Harris seems to be able to run the team now, besides being able to score at will at times.

I think Jefferson's been the most consistent player all year. Hope they keep him.
