Gingrich is an embarrassment to the party and does not have what it takes. I have no respect for him anymore and that is sad to say. At least Santorum stepped down and has chosen to support Romney. There can be only one winner and I believe that is Romney. No one is perfect, no matter what affiliation but I believe Romney has all the qualities and experience that is needed to replace Obama..he is our only hope in protecting what we hold dear..our United States of America.

"it seems there loyalty is not with the party."

Oops, I mean "their loyalty". I'm not one to correct others' grammar mistakes, but I do find them distracting and sometimes it makes one look uneducated. I can't believe I typed that.

Anyway, although Gingrich and Santorum are being egotistical and seemingly pro-Obama at the moment with their fierce opposition to Romney, I am hoping that their supporters will wise up and see it how it is and start supporting Romney. Romney will get the nomination, and this silly race needs to end. It is becoming more evident with each party leader endorsing Romney and saying the same thing. Santorum and Gingrich are only hurting the party at this point.

For all the help he's doing, Gingrich might as well endorse Obama in the next election. Same goes for Santorum; it seems there loyalty is not with the party.

I guess he’d rather have BO for four more years – that way he won’t have to run against an incumbent in 2016.

Newt's inflated ego just won't let him quit.

Four years ago, Romney did the honorable thing and dropped out. That's the difference between the two men.

Why would anyone, regardless of political stripe, ever mistake Gingrich for a leader of anything that matters?

I don't know if Santorum actually thinks about what his says. Last week, Romney was the worst Repbulican and then on the same day, Santorum said he would be his VP. Look at todays quote from this article,

"I think it is time for all the Republican candidates to coalesce behind me," Santorum said. "You know, let's just have a conservative nominee to take on Barack Obama. Until that time happens, I'm not going to call on anyone to get out."

Uhmm, if they all coalesce behind him, he wouldn't need to call anyone to get out. But even worse he's been demanding Newt get out for the last two months. I think he's lost it. He needs to stop yelling at reporters and coalesce behing Romney.

Ron Paul is 10 times the internet campaigner than any other candidate... and look how well he's doing. This is a desperate plea to stay relevant while the rest of the party has moved on.

Since Gingrich can't win on his own merits he has sunk to the level of trying to hurt the ultimate winner. The writing is on the wall and Gingrich will come away empty handed.
