Johnson....Maybe you should try Smith or Anderson for a screen name......That would be more original

Brahmabull...I am right here. Check the +/- for the game last night. CJ was the only one with a positive number. Get your facts straight before you write. CJ should be starting and playing 30+ a night. He gets it done on both ends of the court. When he was on the floor last night, the Jazz outplayed the Rockets. More than you can say for those great starters you back....

I don't understand the DeMarre Carroll signing. I mean, I liked watching him play with a Mizzou jersey on, and he's appears to be a hard-working, likable guy. But how many small forwards do we need that can't shoot? DeMarre shoots 40% from the field--mostly from close range--and will never make anything from 20-feet out.

Where is the person with the screen name of CJ Miles today??? He has been begging for Corbin to play Miles more. So, Corbin played him more last night. What does CJ do? Well, he came out and bricked several wide open shots. Then he fouled two times in a row, one was a four point play where he fouled a 3 point shooter. How is he even still in the nba? He belongs in the d-league at best. He is terrible in all aspects of the game.

It's just not going to happen with Harris on the floor. There is a good reason some of these guys have been dealt so many times in their careers. All of our guards with the exception of Watson, Bell, and Burks look like they sleep walking. All of them have draw backs. Watson cannot shoot, Burks is a rookie, and Bell doesn't have the legs at his age to play 40 minutes a night. Hayward is doing everything well except shoot! Howard should have and still could be his former animal self.

As much player issues, I think the Jazz have an identity crisis going on. It looks like Corbin is relying too much on Jerry ball. He doesn't have the point guard to run that offense, and he doesn't have the experience to create a new offense with the people he has. I don't care who is in the back court for the Jazz, they just don't move the ball enough to get anyone good shots. I think several of these guys could shoot 30 a night in another offense. Think about it, since the Griff left, we have had only a couple of shooting guards succeed in this offense. So unless we change the high post pick and roll, from two guys that are poor passing players, (Harris and Jefferson) then it isn't going to get better.

The defense is the same issue. When Harris and Jefferson are on the court the other teams go right at them. As good as Jefferson is, he cannot and will not rotate on defense. He has NO help defense in his game. Harris is not much better. Millsap is trying to carve out a living with Jefferson taking Boozers place. Paul plays much better from the post, but with Jefferson in it pushes him to the wing! That is enough of a reason to bring one of them off the bench and start Kanter in the middle. It also helps the defense! That is why the second unit holds teams until we can try and out score them with the first unit that has two people on it that can't defend.

Start Watson/Tinsley Bell, Hayward, Millsap, Kanter. (Much better defense and some scoring)

Second unit Tinsley/Harris, Burks, CJ/Howard, Jefferson, Favors. (More scoring on this unit, and defensive help for Jefferson)
