The Annual Deseret News Church Almanac is wonderful for those who enjoy following what is going on around the world in the Church. I've purchased a copy every year for decades. Its interesting to go back and review the past in previous church almanacs from the 1980's. it's even fun to take along to the stake center when viewing general conference, get to know the speakers a little from their bios. As the kingdom continues to grow and flourish, the story will be told in next years church almanac.

As a longtime consumer and fan of the Almanac, I wish it were available in a more compact form for archival purposes. If the featured stories and detailed history were combined with a once-a-decade stats snapshot, it would save having 10 books with overlapping content taking up shelf space. Regardless if such an archival product is pursued, keep em coming, they are awesome at seeing how the work of the Lord progresses.
