My heart goes out to this fallen officer of the law and his family; however, as bad as my timing may appear, I feel something terrible went wrong to have caused so many policemen to respond to this one-man incident and have it go so terribly wrong.

I also feel for the family of the man who caused this mess and wonder why the whole thing happened. I call for a thorough, disinterested investigation of the incident--to prevent future policing incidents of this nature. Believe me, I don't want to deny the police their right to apprehend anyone believed to be breaking the law; however, over the last few years, we have had several highly questionable assalts by police that have left people dead rather than be simply apprehended.

Life is too precious to waste in this way.

With no dis-respect at all, Do our servicemen get this kind of recognition when they are killed in the line of duty? They are paid less, dont go home to their wives at night, and suffer alot more hardships.
