    Wow, Pagan. You are so paranoid! Why not read the book and see what it has to say about President Obama? The words you object to is just a turn of phrase, indended to make the article timless so that in 20 years it can be read and understood as meaning down to today.

    Current holder of that office?

    Who is that?

    George W. Bush?
    Ronald Regan?

    I am fine with a historical context, start from the first president, highlight a few others and end with...

    our current, sitting president. President Obama, who was born in Hawaii.

    However, being unable to mention 'he who shall not be named', without a photo on the cover, a mention of the who the current sitting president IS....

    brings up the question as to WHY President Obama cannot be named.
