    Build by the river for the water view. Then hope for a government bail out.

    Good luck because our rivers have already flooded, our interstate is closed, even the "Mormon Bridge" across the Missouri river, the spot where the Mormon's crossed in 1846 is closed and it is part of the interstate system now. Everything is sandbagged and we are still going to get a six foot rise in the river level next week.

    "But the temperatures won't be so helpful for long."

    They have been saying this for about two months now. The 10-day forecast has temperatures yet again a good 10 degrees below normal.

    What in tar-nation is up with Mother Nature?

    Amazing to say the least.
