    If parents had more latitude in controlling their children and enforcing curfew and behaviors of their children, boys and girls, this would not be as big a problem it has become.

    These teenage children are able to hide behind the law limiting parental controls of their children and are becoming criminally unstable individuals. Teenage children require some forceful behavior controls and parents are criminal if they try to enforce controls of their children. Society and the laws are the problem for these teenage victims.
