Kobe, Boozer & DWill play on the US Olympic team together, win a gold medal for the US and you expect them to hate each other... please...

Listen to Pau Gasol, he played on the Spain team against Kobe & US Team. He said "Kobe has NO friends on the court when you play against him."...

You don't need to worry about Boozer & DWill being civil to Kobe and still being able to compete. You Jazz fans are really something else.

    How about defence?

  • De Colo
    June 22, 2009 4:49 p.m.

looks pretty smooth. He is 6'5" and can shoot. He can also attack the basket. He can play at SG or PG. He has experience in the 2nd best league in the world.

I think De Colo could run the Jazz now as a back up PG and also play some SG when outside shooting is needed.

The Jazz would have an good outside attack with DWill, De Colo, Korver and Okur on the floor with Koufos, Millsap, or Fez rebounding. Further, both De Colo and DWill could penetrate to the rim or dish to Okur and the PF or go back outside.

That would give the Jazz a whole new option of attacking teams like LA. It would open up the paint in a hurry.

That is the type of innovation and flexibility the Jazz need.

James Johnson is a physical man. He will karate chop Kobe or Carmelo coming down the lane, that is way better then what we have with Boozer and DWILL high fiving Kobe after he stuck it to the Jazz.

My wish list for the Jazz's upcoming draft picks are DeJuan Blair in the 1st round and Jeff Adrien in the 2nd round. These are the kind of players needed to transform the Jazz into the type of physical team needed to go deep into the playoffs.

anyone saw how tough James Johnson looked when Wake Forest played at the Anaheim Convention Center in the Thanksgiving tournament. Joe, you are right again. This kid has something, I love watching him. He can do many things and Wake is a nice Program. Young would be great also. I am open to Hornacek. He improved Korver for sure after that terrible start to the season..

Pargo would be a good fit, because the Jazz do need a back up for Williams, It is important to give Williams rest in a 82 season and then the playoffs. Remeber when we had the traitor (Fisher), he backed up Williams and played along side of him and we was a pretty good team then. If the Jazz can get Pargo they should.
    Let's go Jazz!

Jazz please pick James Johnson in the first round, and Pargo in the second. It worked when the Jazz pick a power forward from the Mailmans school why won't it work to pick a pg from Stockton's school. Todd you are spot on. Slown needs to go. All of you SLOWNAHOLICS say it was Boozer's fault the team fell apart because he started again. Isn't it the coaches job to play the best line up? Slown needs to go. I don't know if Lambier is the right coach, but I think a Hornaceck would be a great coach. He can utilize the good parts of Slowns system and change the bad parts. Greg and Kevin get it done.

I think the fact that he showed up and played says a lot about his character. He probably won't play much because of Williams(let's just say the Jazz draft Pargo) but it shows that he wants to get better and he is teachable. So many players these days aren't really teachable. I think this kid could be a great point guard one day. If he becomes a better shooter and keeps working with John Stockton and then let's just say that he does get drafted and learns from Deron Williams then what a player he could be. The only problem I see is that he will never be a great Jazz player because he will be behind DWill. but if I were him then I would be hoping to be picked up by SA, Utah, or NO. How many other teams have guards as good as DWill, CP3 and Tony Parker. I know there are a lot of good guards out there but those 3 are towards the top of everybody's list as the best in the league

  • Suton?
    June 22, 2009 10:10 a.m.

What are the reports on Suton. I saw only a few games that he played in at Michigan State. He looked pretty good in the NCAA tourney but that is pretty much all I saw. What are the scouting reports on him. He is pretty tall isn't he?

  • No Thanks

No more undersized "power" forwards please. Unless they are 6'10" they are too short with who we have to beat in the playoffs. Don't even bother.

We need to get longer/taller as a team--its that simple.

  • I still like Harris

in the 2nd round. Blair has not been doing that well in work outs so he has been fading as a lottery pick.

He is very similar to Millsap but heavier. He can be a real beast with a good shot.
