    Eating less, enjoying hands-on sporting activities will be helpful for depression, and brushing teeth after meal and healthy gum is good for heart, from my perspective.

    Depression does not = "flipping out"!

    Ignorance is the biggest enemy of proper treatment!

    And what can you do to mitigate the effects if you have depression AND heart disease? Nothing! Reading this article is making me even more depressed, I'm headed for an early grave I guess.

    Not to undermine the research or the need for further research, but this is one of those "duh!" results.

    Depression is often a by-product of other problems and is often caused by lack of nutrition, exercise, allergies, foreign toxins, and in some people, sugar.

    Wholistic and natural doctors are often much better at curing depression than medical doctors. Medical doctors keep you from dying, but usually do not help your quality of life. Natural doctors can help your quality of life so much more. However, you have to get the right natural doctor.
