It is very interesting to note that NOW the Democrats talk about getting rid of the animosity that existed and that we are All Americans--this happened only when they got in charge. They certainly did NOT support nor consider President Bush nor try to accept him in a DECENT manner.
I firmly believe the only reason they are trying this tack is to stifle any criticism and commentary which of course the MEDIA(ALL THE MEDIA) will not even consider printing.

Obama got all those ratings BECAUSE the liberal news media would NOT show us anything else but HIM most all of the time, that's common sense. It's nothing new. "George W. Bush leaves a party and a conservative movement in shambles. He expresses confidence his reputation will recover, but will his base?"

Let's get real, OK? John McCain won 45% of the votes despite being an unbearable codger who ran a completely self-defeating campaign, and was up against a man who all major media portrayed as a genius who everyone loves.

If the conservative movement or Republican party were in a "shambles" the numbers would never have been that close.

You want to see a shambles? Give the Dems a few years of solid power, then look what they have done to themselves (as well as, sadly, the country).

You'll notice he didn't beat Reagan. Nice spin though.
