New receiver fitting in after starring in junior college
D REED keep doing ya thang boy. I always knew you would make it because not only
did you work hard to get where you are today but you believe that God gives you
the desires of your heart and with that said get the Utes to a undefeated season
and continue to work hard on and off the field. We still watching you out here
in Cali boy and enjoy college like I always told you, make the most of it and
get ya degree. Aight... Keep it up yo

Hi David All your relatives in Philly & Jersey are so proud of you and what you
have done!!!!! Sheri and I loved visiting your Mom,Kiki and David... We had a
blast... Lots of Love from South Philly, South Jersey and Washington State...
We are all behind you!!!!!
You sound like a biggot. Where did it say a thing about gangbangin?
David worked hard to get where he is at ,and I wish him the best . It just goes
to show you how a real football player never gives up in the class room because
they know how to apply the football work ethics off and on the field . Just
Remeber this quote David Every Day is a Work Day ." Good luck and God bless you
and your family . !!! Coach Parker
David worked so hard for this-I'm so pleased he will finally get the recognition
he so deserves, Utes fans-- he will not dissapoint, be ready for an exciting
game each and every time he's on top of the green---Thankyou Utah for giving him
the chance-and the great utes fans- thankyou for supporting him! Im so very
proud!!!! Go Utes
Great pickup Utah! This guy is definitely the real deal. You can never have too
many good recievers and he looks like a good fit for Utah where he can run those
wide receiver screens that us Cougar fans hate so much.(tough to defend) Good
luck against Michigan. Very winnable game. Go Cougars!1
Very nice job Kyle on this recruit. I'm looking forward to see him play. This
year lets not give the Cougars a "GIVE ME WIN", we had them beat the last two
years. Keep up the good work!!!
Its one thing to say how much you wish something had happened differently in
your past.....but when you chose gangbangin over academia, you will end up
wishing the rest of your life!
This guy sounds awesome. I love his attitude. This is exactly the kind of
athlete everybody should want. Someone with humility that can go out and tear
it up. Salt Lake is glad to have him, and he will have a blast here because of
his attitude. Our receiving corps is going to be very deep this year.
Hopefully BJ will stay healthy so that he can throw the ball deep and have some
of the plays that make everyone say Wow. I can't wait for the Michigan game.
I like the Utes schedule this year as well. If they can get past a
Michigan team that is still recovering, they will have the time to develop the
defense before their big tests later in the season. It could be a great year.
Sounds like a great player. We'd better make sure we know where he is when we
play you Utes. Good luck against Michigan. There's alot of us Cougar Fans who
hope you guys get a win over there in the big house. It will help the conference
Hey Texas Cougar, I like your comments and perspective. You give me hope that
there can be some civility between Ute and Cougar fan.
Sounds like a real home-run. If we can stay healthy, the sky's the limit. Our
D will always be solid and we have the O-Line to accomplish great things this
year. August 30th is almost here!!!!!!
Does anybody know if he like the new uniforms? After all thats the most
important thing of being a ute.
I like that Reed plays off his records by saying that he ran a lot of screens
(as if that isn't the hardest way for receivers to get yards in football). He
sounds like a gutsy receiver that is going to be well utilized in the offensive
system. I've got to say I'm a little jealous that Utah got this guy. He sounds
like he's going to be a real impact player.
111 receptions and 166.1 yards/game, WOW. I'd be hard pressed to do that on a
video game. You can't argue with production. Thanks for coming to utah David,
We are excited to see you make some plays for us this fall.
The Utes are going to be stacked at the receiver position. Brown and Godfrey are
tall, sure handed, move the chains kind of guys. Casteel, Brooks, and Wesson are
big play receivers that have break away speed and are very shifty. Plus, with
the addition of David Reed and Aiona Key, there's no question this is the most
talented and deepest receiving corps in the MWC.
