So, are you saying that everytime a child gets hurt or injured or unfortunately dies, that we need to "hold the parents accountable"? I'm sure that the parents are already torturing themselves over letting her get on the ATV, but there comes a time where parents have to give their children a little slack. We cannot hold our children's hand 24X7 and expect them to grow up to be mature members of society. I'm not saying that putting your kid on an ATV is the way to go, but we don't know the circumstances and it isn't our place to judge these parents.

You can say that about every abuse incident. The parents are the guardians of their minor children and they may have been negligent. Not that they need jail time, but they do need accountability.

Your are absolutely heartless. Has the family lost enough? They've lost their little girl and now you want charges brought against them for what? What would that accomplish?

Seems like a felony child abuse charge is warranted, to remain consistent...
