    recent reports of black bears sighted in Eastern Utah, I'm glad nothing harmful happened...

    The distance? Very possible since he had water, trails, (Cheetos!),and probably wasn't loaded down like a paratrooper. It depends on modivation; who you are trying to catch up with, or who is trying to catch up with you.

    He had his Cheeto's. The TV adds makes it look like you can go forever on Cheeto's. Maybe there was some truth in the advertising :) Not.

    30-40 miles, come on. I don't think so. No Water, no food, average pace 3 miles an hour, rough terrain.

    Something has been overstated...
