Good performing servants don't resign, they make a difference, unless they aren't serving. He didn't like the job anyway so what's the heart burn? He has been draining the tax payer dollars while looking for other employment. If he has been wronged stand up and be counted, if you really think it isnt justified,or move on like you planned on doing.

Babka obviously has a very high opinion of himself, and plenty of ambition and ego.

Not a good combination for someone in the number two job. Once he tipped his had by applying for a job elsewhere his value was greatly reduced.

We may have lost a good cop, but I think we really just got rid of a self serving politician who was waiting for the next chance to grab an elected position somewhere. If he sues for wrongful termination, that will just confirm that he hopes to hit the tort extortion lottery.

I understand Chief Russo has already offered Babka a job-How ironic! Nice job Robby, were proud of you, once again youve shown Winder what integrity really means.

For the record, I work at the Sheriff's Office. Babka has done nothing for almost 2 years. We need good leaders who know what they are doing and are involved. If you want to know what Babka has done at the sheriff's office, just ask a cop!

I was shown the door from a good job almost 2 years ago and still have not been able to find replacement income. The economy in Utah is strong if you are looking for Wally wages. Harder to replace a real income that supports a family. Good luck to Beau and his family.

u know what no 1 is looking @ as well is that babka must have been unhappy @ the sheriff's dept. or he wouldn't have been looking else where, if nothing else he can now have a certain radio station pay him for his advice on their morning show. might help take the tension off his family for a little bit. he has been on the show alot so now he should b compensated for his advice, at least his advice is more legit then the want 2 b so called parent expert. Beau is a good man he'll land a much better job.

Seems like Winder has already forgotten who he works for. The sheriff should step forward and give a full accounting... otherwise he should resign!

I saw the Sheriff this morning in uniform at his office so I know he is around. Beau was the only one who knew how to run a department around there thats why he was fired

I don't know why but I get the feeling our sheriff is not being honest with us, what do you all think? I believe that we should be able to trust our elected officials, especially a sheriff. Maybe we better start looking for a replacement for our sheriff.
