Thank you 'Seattle-based Catholic talk radio'.

If I lived in Seattle and listened to your program, I would happily sit through all the advertisements and commercials you would care to put on during this 'segment'.
And if somehow the commercials took up the entire time allotted to this group, I think I just wouldn't mind at all, and I would count myself lucky to hear so many advertisements...

That is outrageous. Are people really that selfish and cruel as to make a profit on someone else's tradegy? They outta get slapped with huge fines and jail time. They'll have it coming in the next life. What horrible distusting people.

Now we've seen everything. Isn't disrupting the funerals of public figures and fallen military heroes despicable enough?

Westboro and Phelps make normal human beings feel like barfing. Millions of people have legitimate, non-hate-based arguments against Washington State's redefining of marriage to include same-sex, but what does that have to do with the two innocent kids brutally murdered by a psychopath who was supposed to love and protect them?

Do the Phelps' truly think they will gain anything from disrupting the funeral of those little boys and bringing more stress and sorrow to their family and friends? Do they honestly believe that waving their vicious, obnoxious signs with a hearse and grieving relatives and two small caskets in the background will make people flock to their cause?

Or maybe they don't care. Once people are as far gone as they are, perhaps outrageous, hateful, obnoxious behavior is its own reward and an end in itself.

Why give in to these freaks? The WBC is akin to a terrorist organization and entering into a deal to give them free airtime simply encourages them to do more of their outrageous actions. The best thing to do is simply ignore them. The WBC is essentially comprised of Phelps extended family. Usually at their protests there is no more than a handful of them. Giving into their extortion gives them relevance and they are laughing in our faces about it.

The people from this "church" are even more disgusting than Josh Powell.

I didn't think that could be possible -- but it is.
