    Trials before military commissions are governed by rules very similar in language and effect to the Uniform Code of Military Justice -- the law that governs courts-martial of misbehaving soldiers.

    Since Club Gitmo detainess have similar rights and privileges to those enjoyed by American soldiers, it's telling that the leftist, terror-defense bar fails to appreciate a delicious irony -- their shrill insistence that terrorists should be accorded more rights is coupled with a deafening silence on the issue of whether the soldiers guarding them deserve the same.
