    Yes, but the more important question is whether they are achieving passing scores on the school's core values which consist of diversity and sexual awareness?

    Perhaps parents demanding accountability from the educational system is the reason teacher unions fear and oppose charter schools. They are the competitive alternative that parents haven't had until now.
