dems don't want to fix or even help America. They just desire to control everybody's lives. Which is scary to me. Nothing screams an easy Romney win in 2012 than the likings of Obama.

repubs don't want to fix or even help America. They just desire the white house. Which is scary to me.

Nothing screams an easy Obama win in 2012 than the likings of Cain, Perry, and Newt.

Does this mean that Sarah Palin is ready to come out of hiding, sweep in, and claim the royal crown of Republican leadership for herself?

The anger of conservatives toward Barack Obama is so great they they are frothing at the mouth in the search for a White Knight (no pun intended) to unseat him and get the nation (not back on course) moving in the direction they want. Obama destroying America? Not by a long shot. It's all political hyperbole. Administrations come and go, but America abides.

However, Republicans and the American people need to ask themselves why are not the "best and brightest" in the race this political season if the stakes are so high? Where is Christie? Where is Daniels? Where is Bush III?

No one on the Right with any real sense wants the job! The mess in Washington is intimidating. Both Right and Left. Obama had been given an extremely difficult task and the Tea Party came along and only made it worse. "No taxes -- ever!" does not make for a balanced-approach to compromise.

The Republicans today would rather have a serial pederast as a candidate rather than see Obama have another four years. Now this is an exaggeration, of course, but, with the cast of characters trying to be the Republican nominee, people get the point.
