Andre Kirilenko had a lackluster career in a Jazz uniform after we were all told he would be the greatest thing since sliced bread. I can't blame him for wanting to try and salvage his basketball skills by playing in his home country. But the way Russia works, he is not only an American citizen, but a Russian as well. That tatoo on his back sealed the deal for me. He's a loser and has completely lost his way. I can't wish him any ill luck, but hopefully he has seen his last days in a Jazz uniform.

Donating all his earnings to his charities, good pro-basketball player, good boy. Tattoo of Worlds of Warcraft - what the ??? College basketball is becoming polluted with the money and iconic scene too. I guess I will go watch Jr. Jazz for some real sports action, even though my kids don't play anymore. My grand-kids will just have to look up to their parents, no sports emulation for them! The Jazz could do worse than AK-47 coming back - maybe Williams will come back to Utah - ewww yuck! and whine whine whine whine!

Again, AK proves he just wants to play. I say, good for him. He is basically doing this for no pay. The sooner he comes back to Utah, the better. He is a good example of how athletes should behave. Was he overpaid? Sure. But he did not negotiate the deal. It was between the Millers and AK's agent. This is just entertainment. Look what we pay Country singers, rock "stars", movie stars, the flippin Kardashians (whoever they are). Limbaugh gets 40 mil a year to read the scrip for Murdoch.....and I don't begrudge that either; he is a good entertainer, although I don't listen to him.

I think that if someone is going to pay him millions it should be the Russians. As for the NBA, the lock-out could last until the sun don't shine no more and not one person under 6 ft would be hurt in the least. Oh, I forgot, the beer vendors would suffer. But that is OK with me as well. And while I am at it MLB,the NFL,NHL,PBT, for sure NASCAR, the PGA and any other set of letters that represent a group of grown men/women playing kids games for money, and for which the public shells out billions of dollars to watch, should be shut down and the billions go to health education and the general welfare of mankind. No, I am not a sports hater, just sick of the money that is poured into endeavors that do not help the human race improve. I am now braced for the shots I will take.

Professional sports, especially the NBA, are no ambassadors of peace or anything worthwhile.
