@ RobvDo all Cougars believe 17 points is shutting down an offense? Maybe
that is why they have averaged giving up 34.6 points per game...
to bball junkie,Hey maybe having jimmer attend the Utah game will
help the huskies, it seemed to work well for cougars during the rivalry game. And, my favorite team this week, at least on Friday night, is of course
the Big Blue from Logan. Go Aggies!
Utah has given up 14.3 points per game. Washington is averaging 34.8 points.
While it wouldn't be a stretch for the Utah defense to hold a team to 17,
especially at home, Washington has enough offensive firepower (QB) to beat
that.Washington gives up 33.3 points a game. Utah scores an averge
of 31.7 points per game. It is probable that Utah very well could reach 30. If
their offense gets rolling from the start, like this article suggests they hope
to do, they should fair well vs the huskies...MY PREDICTION:Utah 27Washington 23Go Utes!
Let's go Huskies! Washington 34. utes. 12
Need early and consistent offense from Utah.Need strong defense from
Utah.Need a decent/good kicking game from Utah.Then, we
will have a Utah W!
Well, yeah it sort of is. If you would have only given up 17 a game last year,
you would have been one of the elite defensive teams in the nation. Also, they
sometimes get 3 or 7 of those points off of their defense picking up turnovers?
I'm sorry Rob, but we have a lot of confidence in our D. I'm sorry we aren't
genuflecting to the Huskies' offense
Allowing 17 points isn't shutting any offense down.
I'm constantly surprised by all the Utah fans forecasting so few points for UW.
Utah may win, but they are not going to shut down UW offensively. They better
be hoping they can keep up!
I have a lot of respect for Sarkisian and what he has done for his program, but
Utah was too much firepower on both sides of the ball. Utah 34 Wash 17. We
still control our destiny to Pasadena!
