This just reinforces the impression that the position of the Relief Society, and Mormon women in general, is nothing more than a sewing circle.

I am truly sorry that you have these feelings concerning the Relief Society. Relief Society is much, much more than "a sewing circle", I have been a member of the Reief Society for 51 years and have never sewen a stich. Having enjoyed my association with many women from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds from around the world has always been a growing and learning experience. I love Relief Society and all it has contributed to my life.

It would be wonderful if this Relief Society exhibition could be turned into a traveling exhibition. The sisters around the world would love to see these artifacts in person and what a testimony building tool this would be.
