Your top 5 has Diamond Ranch at 22.8 points winning margin, but I got 11.25 over their first 4 games. Kinda moot, now that they ran into Duchesne.

Meanwhile, Duchesne is now at 113/5, or 22.6?

    Keep up the good work!

Hey bulldog72 - thanks for the correction. One more for Desert Hills fans: It is Desert Hills that is allowing just 7.5 points per game, second best in the state, not Diamond Ranch (which is holding opponents to 10.0 ppg). Apologies to the Thunder.

Jordan fans are always giddy with beating patsies at the first of the year, then Alta brings them back to earth with the annual beat-down. Expect that to happen again tonight sportsjazzfan, seems like you disappeared last year after Alta beat Jordan.

Correction: Brandon Farmer's TD for Herriman was a kickoff return, not a run. Thanks as always for a great column!

#1 SB Fan - you are correct and thanks. It's Union that is playing Payson, and the three-game series history mentioned in the story is correct for Payson-Union. So just substitute Union for Uintah. By the way, Grantsville and Uintah have played twice: the Utes won 34-28 in OT in 2005 and the Cowboys won 38-21 in '06. Thanks for reading.

FYI... Uintah is playing Grantsville this week, not Payson.

C'mon Jordan kick Alta's trash this Friday and send them home with their wings clipped!

my prediction: Jordan's offense burns Alta's defense multiple times

    Jordan: 21 Alta: 14

    Go Jordan!
