Janice taught me, my brothers and my mother growing up almost thirty years ago. Janice would bring her mother to the practices and she would sit behind the court in the shade and just smile and watch us play. Janice was a tough coach and did not let us get away with anything, we were there to learn, and she helped us all become better players. I am grateful I had the opportunity to learn from Janice, thank you for being such a great first coach and introducing me to the game.

Janice was my eighth grade PE teacher. Yes, she was athletic but she was also a ton of FUN! You could always count on her to have something up her sleeve to make PE just a little more than sports or exercise!

Thank you Mrs. Stevens from all those who you taught at Olympus Jr. High!
