For all Ute fans out there, I gotta tell you that I have huge respect for the likes of Morgan Scalley, Sheldon Deckert, etc etc. Nice to see non-BYU fans likewise acknowledge excellence in Jimmer, Jackson etc etc. Make no mistake...there are lots more on both sides of the rivalry who deserve our respect. Hope they all achieve to the best of their potential.

    Where's Stockton....

In addition to "Jim Teebow" I understand from the article that Tim Tebow likes Jimmer too. I'm glad they grouped Herm Edwards, Tim Tebow and Jimmer together, three great examples of how people should conduct themselves.

Jimmer is a class act and I hope he does great in the NBA. Jimmer represents your school and our church very well. I wish there were more Jimmers and less guys like the little coward trying to hang onto a backup qb role in Phoenix.

Good luck Jimmer! Hit 'em straight!

It's good to see a good guy like Jimmer having so much fun while he's waiting for his NBA career to start. Hopefully, the owners and players will be able to work things out and get back to playing basketball before half the season is lost.

What a whirlwind of hanging out with who's who! Good for Jimmer, sounds like he's having a great time. I'd be in the gallery to watch Barkley and Fredette battle for the basement. That matchup is going to have some great sound bites.

The part that caught my eye was the vague possibility that Jimmer might get an invite to be a participant on Dancing With the Stars. Now, that would be a swingin deal! May it happen.

Well it was obvious during the NCAA's that Charles Barkley liked Jimmer from the get go... along with millions of other people across the nation and half the NBA. But now... Jim Teebow too...Gee what's that going to do to mgr63's summation that everybody hates anything or anybody associated with BYU. Sort of puts a miscue on his myoptic assessment doesn't it.

This will be the first time I will really be rooting for a guy that is not a Jazzman.

This lock out is going to be a real bummer, I just hope the players realize how good they have it and don't ruin the momentum the nba now has. I'm not too optimistic though, wish I had reason to feel otherwise.

We need more athletes with Jimmer's attitude. Correction. We need more people with Jimmer's attitude.

In the NBA la-la land of spoiled millionaire teenagers and teams of overpaid megastars - Jimmer's attitude and approach to the game will be a breath of fresh air. Good luck to him with the Kings.

Jimmer is amazing. No one knows for sure, obviously, but I think Jimmer is going to make an impact in the NBA. If and when he does prove all the naysayers wrong, it's going to be very exciting watching the Jimmer phenomenon unfold! Can't wait. p.s. haven't been interested in the NBA for a decade.
