    Very well written about the extreme stubborness by many politicians today, but specifically the Tea Party. Even the Founding Fathers they love to refer to compromised.

    Republicans should back of the "no new revenue" stand and throw the president a bone by killing the ethanol subsidies that everyone hates except a few farmers in Iowa. That's a win for Democrats, Republicans and taxpayers and could be the compromise that Obama needs to make the spending cuts palatable.
