Great talk by Elder Scott. My son graduated yesterday and as an additional bonus was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army through the ROTC program.

Good advice, though I hope the students don't take what he said regarding point 6 literally--while it's good to not become overly focused on our problems, there are times when we need to talk them out with people, and in those cases I believe the people who love us would want to hear about them so they can help us work through them. At least that's how I feel about the troubles experienced by the people I care about. I hope they know I want to hear about what troubles them.

This was an outstanding talk by Elder Scott. I thought it could have been a General Conference talk. I formatted it and copied it for future reference. Thanks Elder Scott for lifting us up even though we were not in attendance on Thursday.
