The reason he gets injured when he starts to play well is that he has to play out control and beyond his basic capability to be competitive. Playing like that he helps the team, but is exposed to injury. To bad the Jazz have never understood how to make the right use of his exceptional talents.

Kirilenko is not "snakebitten" he is "woosbitten" He whimpers and cry's every time he get a hang nail. He just needs to 'man-up' and play through his hang nails, and scrapes on his legs and his so called back injuries. Let him heal, then trade him.

RE: Calgary and The Final Word-
Stop confusing the haters with facts. They are more confident with just their opinions.

We now have a new coach, something many of us thought we should have by now.....Let's see what he can do to get things turned around...we do not have gtreat options other than that right now. We could have easily beat Phoenix had we not made two or three less mistakes during the game. AK is just fragile and that is all there is to it. He would be a great bench player with a lower salary.

AK is an outstanding player, just not at the current price.

His current salary is not his fault though--that is on management who did exactly what multiple other teams were prepared to do with AK and that was give him a max deal.

Multiple other teams were ready to sign him to max money and everyone in this town would have screamed management into a corner if they would have let our sole allstar go for nothing.

Most fans have convenient amnesia and criticize unfairly. Guess that is why you are fans and they run the team. You can't remember what you last complained about....most of the time it blatantly conflicts against an earlier complaint.

On another note, most of you ought to be eating your words about turning the reigns over for our PF slot to Millsap. His averages have been declining monthly since the season began.

Opposing bigs score over him like he is nonexistent. He does not play defense for 3 quarters in order to stay out of foul trouble.

I have been consistent in my position. He is too short.

Good guy, nice player, and great teammate but should not be starting.

Why is this guy who has destroyed the Jazz options for so many years allowed to stay on the tea m? The Jazz are like the Titanic only they hit a Russian iceberg years ago....He plays as much as Charmin Boozer.... These Jazz are like the Cleveland Cavaliers, with one exception our superstar is still here. Does anyone now think Williams can lead us to the promised land like Lebron? We have bad management, KOC and Miller, and a group of rejects and slow Euros....

AK is lanky and "Wirey" using Irish accent.

Get well soon AK, this team will need you after the break to make a playoff run.

    Keep working hard!

    GO JAZZ!!

Earth to all these players with ankle injury's!!! Get some ankle braces, tape, high-tops! Good grief-I'd understand if they were still wearing old school Converse but there shouldn't be an excuse for ankle injuries nowadays unless it's pretty severe. Man up AK!

Maybe AK should play in a full body cast..........

Doug, don;t make yourself look stupid by posting things without checking facts... and there they are. During AK's and Boozer's tenure with Jazz excluding this season as this one is not over ( and with Boozer missing more games it would make it look even worse ) total numbers are like that:
AK missed total of 121 games from 738 or 16%, Boozer missed 141 games from 492 or 28%. Laughing at yourself already fool? lets go forward:)
AK rebounds 3509, Boozer 3712...or only 5% more for Booz
AK pts 7661, Boozer 6821 AK 12% more.
AK ast 1727, Boozer 1012 AK 70% more
AK stl 879, Boozer 364 AK 141% more
    Now this is funny...
    AK blk 1306, Boozer 137 AK 853% more:DDD
    Enough said.

I have to agree with AK Fan. AK brings a lot to this team. He play right, doesn't show boat and tries to help out his team mates. Too bad there aren't more like him on the team.

Doug you are becomes biggest hatred AK. Without AK JAzz doesn't have any chance.
One thing I agree with you AK needs to go. AK will make right team instant contender.
One suggestion look at winning % with AK on floor and without and you will see real picture what kind impact he brings.
    Glueck auf.

AK says he is snakebitten, and in Phoenix he is more likely to get bitten by a snake at this time of year. Perhaps a trade with the Suns will enable the Jazz to move ahead with some other needed players.

AK has become baggage to the team. He has missed more games than Boozer with 50% more salary, and 70% fewer points and 1/3 the rebounds. Sounds like a deal to me.

I'd like to see some of these players' strength and conditioning routines compared to players who are less injured. Room for improvement, maybe?
