So if all this information is so readily available on all these sources how can any one man be targeted as a leak? It sounds more like government failure in internal security of its information.

I think the only information ever released has been related to fraud, lies, and deception by government officials who put this information out there to wheel and deal their crimes over the internet and never did come from government computer hackers. These wheeler dealer crimes are embarrassing when caught and those caught can cry security breach because of the criminal acts they are comitting.

This whole wiki-leaks is looking more like a case of government fraudulent acts the more they look in to it.

Why are government networks with confidential information connected to file sharing services?

Some are up in arms about WikiLeaks publishing this information, as if THEY revealed some secret. If they have it by this method, its a guarantee that other organizations and goverments also snagged this information.

Upset that the Chinese saw something on WikiLeaks? The Chinese probably reviewed the information and said
    "We have that."
    "Old news."
    "Seen it."
    "Had that months ago."
"Bet this website would like some of the documents we collected from the US."
