My husband and I haven't seen Rulon for about 3-4 years, and didn't realize he had gained the weight until we saw ads for the upcoming "Biggest Loser" show. We are certainly rooting for him, and realize whether he lasts the whole season or not, he will have the impetus to propel himself back into good shape and good health. Way to go, Rulon! Can't wait to catch up with you after the season! I KNOW you will be successful!

Why are you talking about his marriages. Your just crabs in a bucket pulling him back down. So shut up about his marriages and worry about yourself. I don't recall the article mentioning his marriages.

Funny how it is when someone decides to better their life, there are always those out there that like to bring up their worst and knock them down. Those are the people that need to take a better look at themself!! I would like to congratulate Rulon for having the desire to better his life! It takes courage and what he is doing is far from easy! Way to go, way to be a good example! Go Rulon!

    Too much information. :)

I am a big fan of Rulon however, and hope that he does well. I also hope that everything works out well for his family and family to be.

Four marriages, that is a more serious issue then the weight gain. I have had three, but the first passed away and the 2nd I call a silly 2nd, but I am now in a 2nd happy marriage. Maybe he got a big head before he got a big body. I was shocked when I saw how large he got, but I am in a greater shock to know that he consumes marriages as quickly as he consumes food, he needs professional help, and not for his weight.

Rulon is name that exists in Mormon culture. I have known several. I wouldn't say it's common, but it's around. However, it never gets pronounced with a big emhasis on the last syllable. It's proununed Rulun, not Rulaun.

I'm glad Rulon is trying to pull it together. I also hope he finally has a successful marriage that will last. Four marriages is a bit much.
