When people discover that government will feed and cloth them on the backs of working taxpayers there is no incentive to work ..... because someone else will take care of you.

Government never gave anyone anything they didn't take away from somebody first.

This repeal effort is going to backfire bigtime on the GOP, because it's happening just as people are starting to learn--and experience--the things in Obamacare that will help them. The GOP is going to take away coverage for kids with cancer? They're going to take the 1,000,000 college students that got on their parents' insurance back off of it? They're going to re-open the Medicare donut hole?

Survey after survey shows that even people who say they oppose the bill are in favor of nearly all the stuff in the bill when they are polled on those issues individually. Likewise, surveys show that the people most likely to be opposed to Obamacare are the people that know the least about what's in it, and that the more people learn about what the bill actually entails, the more they like it.

And now the CBO says that repealing it will cost a quarter of a trillion dollars? The GOP is betting all its chips on a bad hand.
