Weekly plan takes the stress out of strategizing for meals
I checked out the menus and the recipes on the House of Order website. I found
that a good number of the recipes appear to be bland, unhealthy (high in
saturated fat),and unappetizing.

Thank you very much for your article. I've been going around in circles with my
meal planning and lack of implementation. I was impressed with the method
described here for menu planning and assigning foods to a designated day. I love
it. I can't wait to learn more and try it out.
