I saw the interview with Randy Rigby. He did not say Okur would be back that soon. He WAS a bit too exuberant and did get peoples hopes up more than he should have, but the media jumped on the comment to make it sound like something it never was.

He said he was getting better and practicing with the team and we might see him on the court in a couple of weeks, but to say it would be during the upcoming road trip is artistic license by the local media.

I was not surprised to see the Jazz back off of that statement.

Sorry,Milsap but you may be better suited to come off the bench. That would allow Big Al to be more aggressive to start the game.Finishing is not the problem this year.Starting is.Memo will help the whole team when he returns. Now Jerry needs to let go of his rotation and put more faith and confidence in his bench.Ronnie and Earl have proven that a lot can be done in only 3 minutes.Side note.Kevin, great additions this off season.Fransisco and Earl really benefiting from the system.Very smart players.

Memo will be a welcome addition. We need to be able to spread the floor for Big Al.

Utah's four-game journey begins Friday in New Orleans and ends on Nov. 22 in Minnesota.

    Nov. 22------Really?

Memo could provide another scoring punch off the bench, not to mention more rebounding. Those are a couple of areas where the team has really struggled.
