I thought Thanksgiving was a time to thank God for getting us through another year and for a plenteous harvest.

We've already had one attempt to turn it into another patriotic holiday for thanking soldiers, now it's what politicians have to be thankful for.

I thank God for the harvest and for all His blessings, having little faith in the arm of flesh.

Silly and ludicrous. If you think Mike Lee's election helps Hatch, you don't know politics in Utah. Clout in Congress has not been a reason for Utahns to re-elect anyone. Remember Frank Moss, Gunn McKay and, this past year, Bob Bennett? Hatch may re-invent himself and slip by, but it will be because he changes himself depending on the demands of the day. Orrin represents Orrin, no one else.
