Well said. I have a ton of respect for Cougar fans like you... who are sane, sound and accepting of things the way they are.

    Let me reciprocate:

Although I have been a BYU hater for as long as I remember, I do have some respect for the Cougars program. BYU has produced some very very good teams over the last 50 years... including a 1996 team that was one of the best in the nation, and was completely robbed of a big time bowl game that season.

We Ute fans are bred to hate you guys, and vice versa. During our four years on campus, it's just ingrained in us to hate "that other team".

But I can guarantee you this... if BYU was terrible year in and year out, the rivalry wouldn't be nearly as huge as it is. So in part, us Utes fans hate BYU so much because we know you're pretty dang good.

As a BYU fan, I hate to admit it, Utah will be just fine over Air Force. They may have a good running team but Utah is playing awesome football right now and I am not afraid to accept that. TCU had some trouble for about a Quarter like they did with BYU and then left Air Force in the dust. Shouldn't be any different. It will be fun to watch the two undefeateds play for something worth playing for. I just hope no one chokes before then.

    ExDixieIte: "I'm confused."

Don't worry about it - here's the short version for you confused people: Utah prepared, Utah wins. We are then 8-0 going home against TCU.

Clear enough for you? Just sit back and enjoy the show and stop trying to overthink things.

    Go Utes! Go Crimson!

Kyle and Urban Meyer before him will practice in the rain and snow over going inside. They know November brings cold wet weather at home and at Notre Dame. On November 6th when TCU comes to town it may be snowing and if it is those boys from Texas and all their speed are going to be slowed significantly by the cold and altitude. Kyle is getting his guys ready. Watch out TCU!!

Wait. They've practiced at the stadium the last two days due to wet weather? Wouldn't bad weather be the reason the the IPF is there? Wouldn't you want to get *out* of the wet weather when practicing for a 72 & sunny game?

    I'm confused.

Here is a game where the Utes D-line studliness will shine. Rotating 11 guys through the line will be huge to keep them from wearing down. D-backs have been hurt in the past with big pass plays, but I think they'll be ready for the AF attack.

Looks like it will be good weather for football on Saturday!
No excuses, go out and play and the Utes will come home with another convincing victory.
