    Congratulations! Sounds like he is doing a a great job for our state.

    I bet he could save the state millions more dollars every year if he were given the tasks to:

    1- track down illegal use of state benefits (like the famous "list" but done with approval this time.

    2- seeking false or mismatched identity for people on voter registration lists, driver license lists, jury lists, welfare rolls, medicaid patients, etc.

    3- Checking to see if people are illegally receiving welfare while earning paychecks.

    4. Matching up wage earners with people having judgments against them (as in yesterday's great article).

    It's all just "connecting the right dots" and Mr. Fletcher can probably figure it out, or at least filter out a lot of likely cases that should get manual attention.
