And attorney Cramer is doing this on the tax payers dollar? He should be sanctioned and made to pay a part of the expenses of a frivolous legal action.

I mean, the guy killed a human, took away a life...again and again and again. Regardless if he was 18 when he killed the first time, he broke the law. Besides, killing Ronnie Blackmon the way he did was senseless. There was no need for that. That man had friends and family too, and how did they feel knowing he got stabbed in the eyes, neck and face...over and over again. Messed up!?! Besides, any man that is white and kills a black man and yells "white power" afterwards is a moron. Unfortunately, society has guilty and not guilty. Prison or no Prison. Life or death row. What else can we do with him in society? Let him out into the public or have him in a mental ward? Hmmmm? He deserves to die in the same fashion as his victims. "Eye for an eye"

I agree with your last statement, 100%-b/c it's definitely within the realm of possibilities that the officers were complicit in the attack on Blackmon, just as they were in the attack you referenced, said to have been a relation for the terrorist attacks, 9-11. (?)
There were multiple forms of nonlethal options available that would've stopped the attack before anyone was seriously injured (one of which (the hose) was used less than 2wks earlier to halt a fight), yet, nothing was done...
While it's true Kell made a choice, given LWOP at 18 in essence eliminated any logical reason for him to strive for positive rehabilitation, b/c he was Never getting out-regardless of how hard he may have tried...Prison would be his home til he died, period...& anyone who knows anything about how it really is behind those high walls knows fight or flight quickly morphs into fight or die

how anyone can pass accurate judgement is beyond me. Some facts are being thrown around. Lets be serious here now, He killed a man and got LWOP. Regardless of his age at time of 1st crime, he had a choice. And he chose to kill.
2nd time....He openly admitted to planning to kill Lonnie Blackmon. He plotted with others to kill him. Instead of becoming a repreive, he chose to kill again. Being a member of the AB, he could have walked and would have perhaps been moved to a more solitary prison with more privelages. Kell is a model thug and model racist. He is a perfect example of sheer violent male. And because of 2 massive choices he has made, he will pay for it via the DP. Only seems fair.
Sandie Shaw was the victim in all this and of course Mr Blackmon. Again he was no role model, but ended up a victim of a racist bloody attack. Even since 1994, Kell has been involved in a further documented attach. this time the prison wardens assisted in this...but thats another aspect of the prison system that needs attention.... Prison Wardens!

I believe Mr.Troy Kell was judged unfairly. He was only 18 at the time of his first crime, and he had killed a child molestor. Also look up Muslim black prisoners. It's also said that Mr.Lonnie Blackmon had threatened Mr.Kell. Well you have to do what you have to do to survive and I'm sure anyone else would have done the same thing in his position. Stabbing Blackmon 67times, I mean he had such rage built in him since 18yrs of age, come on now. This is just unfair!!!

I think to that it was a mistake and that hi survived the best way he knew. We dont walk in his shoes so we dont now what we had done. Leave the man alone give him a braek.

The kid made a mistake at 18 and survived the best way he knew how. I bet it was pretty scary for him.

Only God can judge us justly as He is the only one who can see into our hearts, minds, and souls. All we take with us when we die is what we said, what we did, and what was in our hearts at the time.

Why was he brought here from Vegas for us to deal with? He needs the death penalty in my opinion he has not only shown that he has no problem with killing people but the fact he had enough rage to stab a man 67 times in the face WOW!
