I will agree with you that AK played well in the last few games of the Houston series but when they needed him to step up he sat down. He did nothing against the Spurs. He did not step up when needed except in game 7 vs houston. . And the jazz better focus on making the playoffs cause it is too close to right now in the west to even lose 2 more games. The trips to SA and NO will be huge and are must wins. Every game has turned into a must win. Normally 50+ wins will get you to the playoffs but now this year. It's too bad that they can't change it up to be more like the NFL. Not east and west but a mix of everything. They need too cause if you look at it everyone is so high on Lebron and he is a great player but his team would be sitting in 10th in the west. but he gets a 4th in the east? and how are the hawks who are like 14 games of so under .500 even thinking about the playoff?

I have a brillant idea on how to keep healthy for the playoffs.

Don't play the starters 40+ minutes in meaningless games.

Sloan will start focusing on the playoffs in May, when he's back on his farm.

Stop Bickering...Okur helped the Jazz alot with Houston and Kirilenko helped more with Golden State with the style they play.Sometimes you people drive me crazy! It's a team game and there are alot of teams that play alot of different ways and styles we need everybody to play well to win in the playoffs. There's alot of talent in the NBA and ANY TEAM can beat you on any given night PERIOD. If you are not ready to play or cannot adjust your game you can and will get beat. We need everyone healthy on the Jazz to stand a chance to win.

Mr. Okur destroyed Yao Ming in the playoffs last year. Plus he hit a game tying 3 in game 7. Yao now fears Okur as every other center in the NBA does.

Although Okur didn't produce offensive numbers in the playoffs, his defense on Yao was spectacular. His nickname is "money-man" meaning delvering in the clutch. Therefore, Mr. Okur is not a choker. He is an All-Star.

Kirilenko is "not a huge loss?" But ChOKUR we "need back ASAP?" I couldn't disagree more. AK is one of the FEW guys on this team that actually bothers to play defense. In the coming games against West powers, he'll be critical for the Jazz' success. ChOKUR on the other hand, will continue his inconsistency in the coming weeks. He's had several great games in a row now, which inevitably means he'll start to suck it up again by chucking up brick after brick. We need Brewer and we need AK-47...that hack ChOKUR, on the other hand, I want gone for good. Trade the guy this offseason while he still has a shred of value.

We never would have gotten past Houston last year, OH HOW SOON THEY FORGRET!!! Kirilenko was a man in the playoffs, he delivers when needed.

Not a huge loss with Kirilenko--we play better without him IMO. However, we need Memo back ASAP if we're going to try and get home court for the first round.
