    First of all this is an American not an illegal and he doesn't even know Spanish.I cant believe the racism.just because he has a Mexican last name hes an illegal.His parents were born in America and his parents , parents were born in America and so on. Also don't believe everything you read here, this is my brother and I know the real story. All of you are lucky that the police or FBI don't harass you. Thank You

    Ya, thank goodness us white people can get away with insurance fraud. I'm so thankful that only the illegals break the law in the US or I wouldn't know who to trust!

    This story needs as much publicity as possible. Let Americans see the real side of illegal immigration and the consequences of letting them stay in our country.

    Given that a Mexican death certificate was to be used, are we to surmise that the parties involved are "undocumented"? It would seem so since the death occurred in the U.S. yet a foreign certificate was necessary to process the claim. I can see no other reason for this except that the murdered person was a foreign citizen.

    I think citizenship of the victims and accused or, as in this case, parties of "interest", should always be included in reports about crime.
