With the 2019 high school soccer season getting underway last week, the Deseret News has compiled capsules for every team in Class 5A.

The region rankings are based on coaches' preseason projections. Every coach was invited to participate and submit information on their team.

There are four new soccer coaches in 5A this year: Mackenzie Hyer (Alta), Larry Cullen (Maple Mountain), Ben Dietrich (Timpanogos) and Jared Hendry (Wasatch)

Here's a region-by-region look at all 24 teams in 5A.
